C. Blackshear Construction, formerly known as Blackshear Construction, has been working in the Arizona valley for over 15 years, as well as in Ohio for over 30 years.

Our residential contracting consultant, Edward Blackshear, is a Veteran who works with trusted contractors to take your home projects to the next level. We work in overall field supervision and coordination of all subcontractors hired per project, including but not limited to, plumbers, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, roofing, and more.

We provide assurance that the work of all subcontractors has met all codes and ordinances per local municipalities as well as ensuring all materials, replacements, and grades conform with HUD requirements and meet FHA approval.

Our Process

​

We typically communicate via phone or email to get a better idea of the services needed. After that, we will complete an estimate. Once an estimate has been completed, we will provide you with a final contract which includes a description of the work being completed and price.

 

Once contracts have been signed by both parties, we can begin the work!
